Joga twarzy pomoże rozluźnić mięśnie twarzy i przeciwdziała bruksizmowi. Relaksuje i odżywia. Skóra jest bardziej elastyczna, dotleniona i rozjaśniona. Joga przeciwdziała opadaniu policzków i poprawia owal twarzy. Czego chcieć więcej? Aby zacząć ćwiczyć, warto w sieci wyszukać trenerkę, która w filmikach instruktażowych pokazuje kolejne ćwiczenia.

Dieta – na gładką i piękną cerę

Na skórę można zadziałać od środka, odpowiednio bilansując jadłospis. Dostarczając skórze mikroelementów i witamin, jesteśmy w stanie wpłynąć na jej ujędrnienie i elastyczność. Co powinno znaleźć się w naszym codziennym menu? Przede wszystkim nienasycone kwasy tłuszczowe, których źródłem są ryby morskie, czyli sardynki, makrela, śledź, łosoś. Oleje naturalne: lniany, rzepakowy. Świetne są także orzechy włoskie. Należy także dostarczyć skórze antyoksydanty, które zwalczają wolne rodniki i działają antystarzeniowo. Znajdziemy je w pomidorach, karczochach, porzeczkach, malinach, rozmarynie, oregano.

Witaminy na zdrową cerę

Aby skóra była piękna, musimy dostarczyć organizmowi witaminy: zwłaszcza: A, E, K, D i C oraz te z grupy B. Są zawarte w warzywach i owocach. Morele, papryka, jarmuż, awokado to niektóre z nich. Pamiętajmy także o tym, że np. cynk przeciwdziała trądzikowi, a krzem zapobiega pękaniu naczynek.

Domowe sposoby na gładką twarz

Bardzo istotna jest też pielęgnacja. Warto wprowadzić rytuał cotygodniowego złuszczania skóry za pomocą domowego peelingu (np. cukier mieszamy z odrobiną oleju kokosowego i soku z cytryny) oraz regularnie stosować maseczkę własnej roboty (polecane receptury). Należy pamiętać o dokładnym oczyszczeniu skóry z pozostałości kosmetyków makijażowych.

Tonik na piękną skórę

Warto także używać toniku. Aby samodzielnie przygotować taki tonik, wystarczy do szklanki przegotowanej wody wrzuć dwa plasterki cytryny lub 3 łyżki soku z cytryny. Odstawić na kilka minut i za pomocą wacika przemywać skórę. Cytryna ma właściwości oczyszczające i rozjaśniające, przyspiesza także regenerację naskórka.

A co na zaczerwienioną skórę? Można na nią nałożyć… owsiankę, która złagodzi podrażnienia, taka mikstura działa również przeciwzapalnie.

Wykonanie:

Drobno posiekaj natkę pietruszki i wymieszaj ją ze śmietaną. Nałóż miksturę na skórę pod oczami na 20 minut. Po upływie tego czasu, zmyj ją wacikiem kosmetycznym nasączonym ciepłą wodą. Natka pietruszki skutecznie rozjaśnia sińce pod oczami, zmniejsza i wygładza zmarszczki, nawilża, wzmacnia naczynka krwionośne!

Aby skóra była piękna, musimy dostarczyć organizmowi witaminy: zwłaszcza: A, E, K, D i C oraz te z grupy B. Są zawarte w warzywach i owocach. Morele, papryka, jarmuż, awokado to niektóre z nich. Pamiętajmy także o tym, że np. cynk przeciwdziała trądzikowi, a krzem zapobiega pękaniu naczynek.

Domowe sposoby na gładką twarz

Bardzo istotna jest też pielęgnacja. Warto wprowadzić rytuał cotygodniowego złuszczania skóry za pomocą domowego peelingu (np. cukier mieszamy z odrobiną oleju kokosowego i soku z cytryny) oraz regularnie stosować maseczkę własnej roboty (polecane receptury). Natka pietruszki skutecznie rozjaśnia sińce pod oczami, zmniejsza i wygładza zmarszczki, nawilża, wzmacnia naczynka krwionośne!
