Ile KGW weźmie udział w programie? 

7 marca poinformowano o przyznaniu dotacji celowej na powierzenie realizacji zadań ze środków Funduszu Pomocy Pokrzywdzonym oraz Pomocy Postpenitencjarnej – Funduszu Sprawiedliwości w zakresie Przeciwdziałania przyczynom przestępczości dla jednostek sektora finansów publicznych na 2023 r. Pieniądze trafią do kół gospodyń wiejskich z 468 gmin i zostaną przeznaczone przez dysponentki na przeciwdziałanie przestępczości oraz podnoszenie bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców. 

Czym zajmą się KGW by przeciwdziałać przestępstwom? 

Koła gospodyń wiejskich, które otrzymały fundusze, będą musiały zorganizować do 30 września 2023 wydarzenie skupione wokół przeciwdziałania przyczynom przestępczości. W tym zakresie szczególną uwagę organizatorzy mają zwrócić na: 

• przemoc domową, 
• przestępstwa na szkodę małoletnich, 
• cyberprzestępczość, 
• oszustwa i lichwę, 
• promowania bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym. 

Podczas wydarzenia powinni być obecni przedstawiciele instytucji publicznych lub organizacji pozarządowych zajmujących się zwalczaniem przestępczości lub pomocą osobom pokrzywdzonym przestępstwem. 

Dlaczego KGW wytypowano do walki z przestępczością? 

To nie tylko stereotypy, że kobiety są bardziej empatyczne i skłonne do organizowania form pomocy. W rzeczywistości często można zaobserwować takie zjawiska, a ich inicjatorami na terenach wiejskich bardzo często są panie z KGW. 

- Koła gospodyń wiejskich to ważne ośrodki aktywizacji społecznej, współpracy międzypokoleniowej, gdzie przekazywana jest nie tylko wiedza i tradycja, ale także kształtują się lokalne grupy wsparcia, które pozwalają zapobiegać wielu negatywnym zjawiskom w danej społeczności, takim jak np. wykluczenie społeczne czy różnego rodzaju przestępstwa – oszustwa, przemoc w rodzinie czy przestępczość wobec dzieci – zauważa Marcin Romanowski, wiceminister sprawiedliwości. 

Kto sfinansuje program walki z przestępczością? 

Każde z ponad 460 kół gospodyń wiejskich otrzyma wsparcie pieniężne w maksymalnej wysokości 5 tys. zł na zorganizowanie wydarzenia, spełniającego wytyczne konkursu. Pieniądze na ten cel nie będą jednak czerpane z budżetu państwa. Inicjatywa sfinansowana zostanie ze środków, które uzyskano w wyniku wyroków, skazujących sprawców przestępstw na karę pieniężną przeznaczoną na pomoc bezpośrednio świadczoną osobom pokrzywdzonym przestępstwem, pomoc postpenitencjarną oraz przeciwdziałanie przyczynom przestępczości.

Ile KGW weźmie udział w programie? 

7 marca poinformowano o przyznaniu dotacji celowej na powierzenie realizacji zadań ze środków Funduszu Pomocy Pokrzywdzonym oraz Pomocy Postpenitencjarnej – Funduszu Sprawiedliwości w zakresie Przeciwdziałania przyczynom przestępczości dla jednostek sektora finansów publicznych na 2023 r. Pieniądze trafią do kół gospodyń wiejskich z 468 gmin i zostaną przeznaczone przez dysponentki na przeciwdziałanie przestępczości oraz podnoszenie bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców. 

Czym zajmą się KGW by przeciwdziałać przestępstwom? 

Koła gospodyń wiejskich, które otrzymały fundusze, będą musiały zorganizować do 30 września 2023 wydarzenie skupione wokół przeciwdziałania przyczynom przestępczości. W tym zakresie szczególną uwagę organizatorzy mają zwrócić na: 

• przemoc domową, 
• przestępstwa na szkodę małoletnich, 
• cyberprzestępczość, 
• oszustwa i lichwę, 
• promowania bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym. 

Podczas wydarzenia powinni być obecni przedstawiciele instytucji publicznych lub organizacji pozarządowych zajmujących się zwalczaniem przestępczości lub pomocą osobom pokrzywdzonym przestępstwem. 

Dlaczego KGW wytypowano do walki z przestępczością? 

To nie tylko stereotypy, że kobiety są bardziej empatyczne i skłonne do organizowania form pomocy. W rzeczywistości często można zaobserwować takie zjawiska, a ich inicjatorami na terenach wiejskich bardzo często są panie z KGW. 

- Koła gospodyń wiejskich to ważne ośrodki aktywizacji społecznej, współpracy międzypokoleniowej, gdzie przekazywana jest nie tylko wiedza i tradycja, ale także kształtują się lokalne grupy wsparcia, które pozwalają zapobiegać wielu negatywnym zjawiskom w danej społeczności, takim jak np. wykluczenie społeczne czy różnego rodzaju przestępstwa – oszustwa, przemoc w rodzinie czy przestępczość wobec dzieci – zauważa Marcin Romanowski, wiceminister sprawiedliwości. 

Kto sfinansuje program walki z przestępczością? 

Każde z ponad 460 kół gospodyń wiejskich otrzyma wsparcie pieniężne w maksymalnej wysokości 5 tys. zł na zorganizowanie wydarzenia, spełniającego wytyczne konkursu. Pieniądze na ten cel nie będą jednak czerpane z budżetu państwa. Inicjatywa sfinansowana zostanie ze środków, które uzyskano w wyniku wyroków, skazujących sprawców przestępstw na karę pieniężną przeznaczoną na pomoc bezpośrednio świadczoną osobom pokrzywdzonym przestępstwem, pomoc postpenitencjarną oraz przeciwdziałanie przyczynom przestępczości.
